Underglaze Transfer - Cats
The Cats underglaze transfer features a playful collection of black-and-white cat illustrations in a bold, hand-drawn style. The sheet includes a variety of cat portraits and full-body poses, with cats looking up, sitting, stretching, and gazing off to the side, along with small fish accents.
A narrow decorative border of fish bones and paw prints runs through the middle of the design, giving the sheet an extra fun detail for rims, bands, or borders. The individual cats can be cut apart and arranged separately, making this transfer perfect for mugs, bowls, pet dishes, plates, ornaments, tiles, and gifts for cat lovers.
Underglaze transfer on thin rice tissue paper.
Extra Large Size: 19”x13”.
Test samples are included with every order. Always test transfers first before committing to a large piece or body of work.
Temperature Range: Cone 06-10. Zinc-free Clear Glaze Recommended.
Level of Difficulty: Easy.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not recommended to rub, sponge or rinse bisqued pieces before glazing as some of the transfers can still smear at this stage.
Once glazed, the transfers are permanently fused to the clay and are considered food safe as long as the glaze used over them is rated food safe.
Check out the Underglaze Transfer process page for detailed instructions on how to use these transfers and/or download instructions here.
