Underglaze Transfer - Make a Wish

$6.99

This delicate underglaze transfer features a playful collection of dandelion seed heads, wispy stems, and airy botanical silhouettes. Each motif has a hand-drawn, slightly whimsical feel, with fine black linework that captures the lightness of dandelion fluff drifting in the wind.

The open spacing makes this design especially versatile for ceramics. Use the full sheet for a soft all-over pattern, or cut out individual dandelions to place on mugs, bowls, vases, planters, tiles, and slab-built forms. The simple black design pairs beautifully with colored clay, slips, underglaze washes, or a clear glaze for a clean botanical look.

  • Underglaze transfer on thin rice tissue paper.

  • Extra Large Size: 19”x13”.

  • Test samples are included with every order. Always test transfers first before committing to a large piece or body of work.

  • Temperature Range: Cone 06-10. Zinc-free Clear Glaze Recommended.

  • Level of Difficulty: Easy.

  • PLEASE NOTE: It is not recommended to rub, sponge or rinse bisqued pieces before glazing as some of the transfers can still smear at this stage.

  • Once glazed, the transfers are permanently fused to the clay and are considered food safe as long as the glaze used over them is rated food safe.

  • Check out the Underglaze Transfer process page for detailed instructions on how to use these transfers and/or download instructions here.
