This octopus underglaze transfer features a lively collection of hand-drawn octopuses in a detailed black-and-white illustration style. The sheet includes a variety of octopus poses and sizes, from large dramatic figures with sweeping tentacles to smaller accent images and individual curling tentacle details.
The design has a vintage natural-history feel, with lots of fine linework, shading, suction cup details, and expressive movement. The individual images can be cut apart and arranged separately, making this transfer great for mugs, bowls, plates, vases, tiles, and ocean-themed ceramic pieces.

Extra Large Size: 19”x13”.
This transfer design is also offered as a “Second”, which means there are just a few small flaws in the printed design.
Test samples are included with every order. Always test transfers first before committing to a large piece or body of work.
Temperature Range: Cone 06-10. Zinc-free Clear Glaze Recommended.
Level of Difficulty: Easy.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not recommended to rub, sponge or rinse bisqued pieces before glazing as some of the transfers can still smear at this stage.
Once glazed, the transfers are permanently fused to the clay and are considered food safe as long as the glaze used over them is rated food safe.
